This record commonly referred to as your professional or staffing record – serves as a key communication tool among employers, recruiters, and organizations relying on PlaceMePro for staffing and workforce management. Understanding what information is included in your record and how it is used helps ensure accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality. It also informs you of your rights when consenting to or refusing disclosure of that information.

3. Your Rights

Under Maryland law and applicable U.S. federal law, you have the right to:
  1. Access and review your personal and professional information
  2. Request corrections or updates to your record
  3. Request deletion of certain personal data (subject to legal or contractual obligations)
  4. Restrict or object to certain types of data processing

Requests should be made in writing to support@placemepro.com. PlaceMePro will respond within legally required timeframes (generally 30–45 days).

4. PlaceMePro’s Responsibilities

PlaceMePro is legally obligated to:

  2. Honor lawful requests concerning access, correction, restriction, and deletion of data

5. Location Access

PlaceMePro’s mobile application may request access to your device’s location services when performing work in the field. This access is necessary to:

Verify Your Presence at a Case Site: To ensure compliance with contract and reporting requirements, the app uses your device’s location to confirm that you are physically present at the designated service location before allowing sign-in or case documentation.

Support Accurate Reporting: Location data may be logged to validate the timing and place of service delivery, particularly where legal, medical, or compliance standards require proof of presence.

Location data is only accessed when the app is in use and is not collected continuously in the background. This information is not sold or shared for marketing purposes and is stored securely in accordance with PlaceMePro’s data retention and privacy protocols.
You may choose to deny location access via your device settings; however, doing so may prevent you from signing into the app or recording service activities as required.

6. Use of Information for Staffing and Operations

Your information may be used or disclosed for the following purposes:
  • Employment Matching: To connect you with organizations, recruiters, or contracts based on your qualifications and availability.
  • Background & Credentialing: To verify identity, employment history, education, licensing, and conduct lawful background checks (in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act “FCRA”).
  • Payment & Invoicing: To generate invoices or process payments via approved third-party payment platforms.
  • Operations & Compliance: To monitor service quality, improve staffing processes, conduct audits, manage risk, or comply with labor and employment regulations.

7. Specific Disclosures and Communications

  • Business Associates & Service Providers: PlaceMePro may share information with payroll processors, credentialing agencies, or background check providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Employers or Contracting Organizations:With your consent, we may share your professional details with organizations for recruitment, placement, or compliance purposes.
  • Client Notifications: You may receive email-based notifications related to job matches, schedule updates, or platform alerts. PlaceMePro does not sell personal information or send promotional SMS without your consent.

8. Required Disclosures Under Maryland & U.S. Law

PlaceMePro may be required by law to disclose your information under the following conditions:
  • Employment & Labor Regulations: To comply with Maryland or federal workforce requirements
  • Background Screening: As part of lawful employment verification or credentialing
